Delivery Coverage
We ship nationwide. Two service areas divide the country between them:
Peninsular Malaysia: every state is covered.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are covered.
Order Preparation
Packing: we get an order ready and out the door within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays sit outside that count.
Despatch notice: a confirmation email reaches the customer when the parcel leaves us, and it carries the tracking information for that shipment.
Carriers and Transit Estimates
We run no overnight or next-day option. The table sets out the standard window for each area:
Estimates only: those windows can shift. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather all pull on them.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping: we charge nothing to ship. That holds whatever the order is worth and wherever in Malaysia it is going, with nothing added at a later stage.
Bulk and promotional orders: shipping on a bulk or specialised promotional order may still be worked out at checkout, based on weight and destination.
Parcel Tracking
Tracking number: we send one out by email or SMS as soon as the courier has taken the parcel from us.
Live link: a direct link goes with that number, so the customer can watch the package move in real time.
